From Panama City by car: 

You will take "Carretera Interamericana" and cross America`s bridge.  You will drive almost 2 hours until you get to "El Valle de Anton" entrance and turn right.  You will continue uphill for another 22 kilometers until you reach Los Llanitos.  Turn right after the 22nd km sign.  Casa Madre Tierra is at the corner to your left.

From Panama City by bus:

Every 30 min between 6:30am and 5pm there is a bus headed to El Valle de Anton from Albrook Bus Terminal.  Please let the driver know that you need a stop before reaching El Valle, that you need him to leave you at the first entrance after the 22nd km sign.
